Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Support Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in business management and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our academy. Working in collaboration with our existing business manager, the Business Support Manager will assist and, when necessary, replace them in their absence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of daily business operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the business manager to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure tracking.
- Coordinate with staff members across various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Support in recruitment processes and personnel management.
- Handle inquiries and provide support to clients and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in business management or a related field.
- Proficiency in English language skills in accordance with UK skilled work visa requirements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the healthcare or education sector is desirable but not essential.
